Returns and Exchanges

We hope you love your new purchase, however in the event that you find there is an issue or concern and therefore wish to exchange or return your purchase please email us (quoting your reference number) within 24 hours of receipt to advise of any issues. 

DROP SHIPPING RETURNS (Items that come direct from our supplier)

The Drop Shipping Policy is a different to our normal UK Return Policy.  Some of our products come directly from our suppliers, UK and Worldwide.  Before you purchase we recommend that you ensure all item sizes are correct, appearance, colour etc. This is to protect you as the last thing we want is for you to receive an item that you dont like.

When purchasing a Drop Shipped item, at the checkout you will be required to sign an agreement which advises you that the item will be sent direct from our supplier, and that you are happy for Ginger and Co to share your delivery details and name with a third party (each supplier has their own Data Protection in place).  If you need more information about the product please speak to us prior to purchase, and we will do everything to make sure you are happy and understand the terms and conditions of drop shipping.

1When your product arrives, if you decide you do not like the item, please contact us immediately and we will contact the supplier on your behalf.  Pending on the suppliers policy we will endeavour to arrange the return of the item on your behalf, but cannot guarantee the return.

2) There are two conditions of guaranteed returns; a) Faulty Item.  If your item is faulty you must inform us within the first 24 hours, sending pictures and proof.  If this is not done we cannot guarantee return.  

If the item is faulty the supplier will except the return and organise collection again this has to be proven and proofs will be needed.b) If you receive the incorrect product, we will arrange with our supplier to exchange.  

GINGER DELIVERY AND RETURNS

If you decide you do not like the item we ask that you notify us within 24 hours, you then have 7 days from receipt of the product to return it to us in the same condition and by signed delivery payable by you.  On the safe receipt of your returns, we will refund you within 3-5 days. 

Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged or broken please let us know within the first 24 hours of receipt. We will require proof of damage and proof of purchase.A full refund will be offered or exchange for the same item.

Conditions of returns/refunds
If you do not have proof of purchase then we can only offer an exchange for the same item within the specified period, and if we are satisfied that the product has been purchased from Ginger & Co.We reserve the right to refuse a refund if deemed insufficient proof.

Any product that has been used and returned without original packaging or tags or is returned in an un-saleable condition cannot be refunded and an exchange will not be offered.

Faulty items must be returned in their original packaging within the specified time.

Unwanted items returned after 7 days, and damaged items not notified to us within 24 hours of receipt will be looked at case by case.
